Meet Jennifer
Jennifer is a dedicated fitness and wellness professional who blends science, movement, and heart with a dash of fun. She specializes in working with clients managing injuries, hypermobility, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, and other chronic conditions—helping them safely build strength, mobility, and confidence while keeping workouts encouraging and approachable.
With a background in biotechnology, an MBA from Brenau University, and a bachelor’s degree in biology, Jennifer brings both scientific knowledge and strategic problem-solving to her work. As a Balanced Body–trained Pilates instructor, she loves finding creative ways to adapt movement so clients feel successful, supported, and empowered. Her approach is rooted in trust, clear communication, and plenty of encouragement.
Outside the studio, Jennifer is all about family, community, and healthy living. You’ll often find her paddle boarding, hiking, or boating—soaking up every bit of beauty the Northwest has to offer.
