Pilates is a full-body workout system based on the method designed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s. It uses special apparatuses designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.

Make sure to download and complete our the required forms, which can be found here. It’s a great idea to bring a water bottle, a towel, and workout socks (non-skid yoga socks).

Welcome! Take a look at our available offerings. We offer private, semi-private sessions, allegro reformer classes. As a beginner, it’s best to start with a few Private Sessions to learn the principles of Pilates and the basic exercises. This is particularly useful if you have unique physical challenges that you want to learn how to work around. If you don’t require as much personal attention, then consider joining a Foundations (beginner) reformer class to learn the Pilates concepts and foundational exercises on the reformer.

Pilates Mat Classes are performed on a mat on the floor, and require the ability to get on and off the floor.
Allegro Reformer Classes are performed on an apparatus called a Reformer, a spring-based carriage on wheels.
Private Pilates Sessions are tailored workout sessions guided by one instructor, utilizing various equipment, such as the Reformer, the Chair, the Barrel, the Trapeze Table, and more.

Fitted, comfortable workout gear is best
Socks are required (grippy yoga socks). We will have them available for purchase if needed
Make sure your hair up and out of the face
Do not wear jewelry or strong perfume
Avoid the use of lotion on hands or feet prior to class
