Meet Arlene
Arlene began working for New Motion in 2011 as an administrator. She quickly fell in love with Pilates and wanted to teach others. She started her instructor training in-house and continued her certification through Balanced Body. She has a passion for helping others move and feel better and knows that Pilates can improve the functions of daily life. Her Zen-like approach to teaching helps you find that mind-body connection that you can take with you, in confidence. You will hear her voice in your head as you move with intention throughout your day-to-day activities . She loves teaching and bringing joy into our bodies through movement, focus and strength.
In her free time, she enjoys her family and the beauty of the northwest. She loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen. She is grateful to call New Motion home and adores her clientele!
